Quality management - what it is, how to
manage it and make a success within the organization.
This five-day course consist of an introducing the new quality manager or professional to the two principal quality systems, well-known quality tools and techniques and is interactive and thought-provoking. While supplying the delegates with the knowledge and skills required to maintain and continually improve their Organizations quality management system based on the ISO 9001 standards and Six Sigma Methodology.
